Spice up your St. Patrick’s day with an Irish Coffee with a little extra excitement about it!

4 ounces strong black coffee (or a shot of espresso plus 3 ounces boiling water)
2 tsp Tipu’s Chai Now “Sweet & Spicy” Sweetened Chai Tea
1 ounce of your favorite Irish Whiskey
2 ounces Half and Half or other creamy “milk”

Pour coffee into a tall Irish Coffee glass.  Add Tipu’s Chai Now “Sweet & Spicy” and stir well.  Add whiskey and stir.  Steam or microwave the Half and Half until steaming.  Pour into glass.  Garnish with a cinnamon stick.  Enjoy!
