2 oz Myers’s rum
2 oz chai concentrate
½ oz simple syrup
Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Swirl in blender and serve in a martini glass with a cinnamon/sugar rim and mint twig.
Alternately: use 1 1/2 ounces half and half and shake with ice. Strain and serve.

If you have not tried this drink you are missing out! The is by far one of the BEST COCKTAIL RECIPES EVER! Think Desert Drink or Desert Cocktail; however, it is good anytime or anywhere. Are you looking for something to add to your bar menu or a cocktail special that will keep them coming back for more? the Tipu’s Chai-Tini is it!
